Queen Elisa's Royal Engine

Description

Here's one of the first parts of the LKHFF's transport fleet - a Steam Locomotive for Queen Elisa.

BACKGROUND
It was originally found in a bog on the LKHFF island, after the bridge it has been unwisely sent over collapsed and sank many years ago. The crew were rescued but the locomotive was lost - or so everyone thought...

During a particularly foggy winter and everyone spouting that they'd seen ghosts and UFOs, the cubs were taking supplies on a line to Princess Maria's castle when the engine rose up out of the bog with a couple of tree branches stuck to it, struck a disused electrical generator and scared them stiff, they all thought it was a Swamp Monster and Wilykit swore she'd seen Grune's face in the clouds.

Later everyone found out that what they saw were really Government Survivors looking for natural resources - which included a methane deposit under the bog and explained HOW the engine arose.
When it was brought before the Royal Court, Charles suggested putting it back to work as there was a need for a LARGE steam engine on the premises - plus it would be suitable for all the LKHFF Royal Families to travel by rail in.

So after a clean out, a quick fix-up and a fresh paint-job, the Royal Engine was up and running for service once again.

FACT FILE
1. Similar to an LNER Class A1/A3 (aka Henry the Green Engine's old shape, but in the way he was painted in Story Volumes 1-4).
2. Like the rest of the other LKHFF locos, with the exception of T.U.F.F Agent Ajax Triplex, it has no weapons or special abilities.
3. When it was repaired and painted, it was done in the colours of Queen Elisa's dress, to show that it's her engine in general.
4. Although the engine's purpose is serving royalty, Elisa has no objection to it getting dirty, if it's only to help out on the railway.
5. Not long after being put back in service, Heath Lynx's lot grew jealous and tried to pelt it with paint bombs and stones - only to get sneezed back at.

ARTIST NOTES: The only difficulty I had was doing the wheels as they were very painstaking. Plus, the credit for the base goes to Josef-Hatman: [link] . The discovery story is based on the TUGS episode "Ghosts".

A logo'ed version will turn up shortly.
