DUDLEY: Kitty, why is it don't you get angry on the outside, instead of letting it build up your frustrations? After all, adopting a human child is quite a feat in Petropolis

KITTY: Because I'm afraid.

DUDLEY: Of the populous making jokes of a cat raising a human? That's been done so much, it's as common as...(tries to think of something well know)...those talking locomotives from Sodor. Or a church full of mice who ride motorbikes.

KITTY: No. Of me.

DUDLEY: What do you mean?

KITTY: If I ever let loose, it'll end with me attacking somebody I care of and hurting them. Look what happened to Andy when we rescued him from the Cullins. Poor kid was in a coma and almost suffered brain damage because of me and my feral instincts.

DUDLEY: That was all an accident. All done in the line of duty. You were cross because we'd been double-crossed into handing Andy over to some really dangerous agents after you got so attached to him, after causing him to run away the first time. But we caught up with them before they could escape with Andy, he tried to save you and got kicked into the side of their car and you went all "Crazy-Wild-Cat" against that female impostor for that. True they escaped us, but they didn't take Andy with them, did they?

KITTY: Yes, but I keep telling you not to remind me of that. You know despite my self control I still loose it sometimes. It ruined my childhood and almost cost Andy his life. If anything like that happened to Andy again, my mum, or even you Dudley, I'd never live with myself, even if I killed somebody whilst in the line of duty. And the last thing I'd want to do is to alienate myself from not just my friends and family, but my job and all of Petropolis. That way, I might hurt anybody...but then I'd never see anybody ever again. Counting you, Dudley.

DUDLEY: Don't ever say that. I'll always be there for you, no matter what the cost!
You'll never get away from me.
You can climb the tallest tree.
I'll be there somehow.
True, you could say, "Hey, here's your hat."
But a little thing like that
couldn't stop me now.

I couldn't get away from you,
even if you told me to,
so go on and try.
Just try and you're gonna see
how you're gonna not at all
get away from me.

KITTY:
Dudley, what is it you're trying to say? That I can't do this on my own after what happened to Andy - twice?

DUDLEY: No, that's not it. Technically one was your fault because you drove him away without meaning to. The other time we got tricked into handing him over to the hands of the enemy...but we got him back on both accounts.

KITTY: Now without complications. Sandtrap still stole the plans for the Axion and Andy completely lost his memory of it after he took that whack to the head.

DUDLEY: Still, we got him back in one piece and he did destroy D.O.O.M's version of the Axion, and thus saved Petropolis.

KITTY: Then what are we talking about?

DUDLEY:
You! Kitty, Andy needs a full family to look after him. You and your mother are grand and all, but there still needs to be a father figure in all this. Just let me help you be a family like you've been helping me at T.U.F.F. We both need to be there for him so much it'll last the rest of all our lives.

KITTY: Dudley, what do you expect to get from all this? Aside from us walking down the aisle?

DUDLEY: I'll get what you've been missing since your childhood. And afterwards, who knows what? But if there's promise of marriage, then I shall stick to it. And maybe then your mom will have some proper grandkids at last. Please Kitty, I'm sure Andy doesn't want anything to upset how things are going now for him. Including your pride...

KITTY:
Look, you love me, but don't count your chickens.

DUDLEY:
Come dance with me.

KITTY:
I warn you that I'm no Girl Scout.

DUDLEY:
Relax awhile, come dance with me.

KITTY:
So don't think that I'm easy pickin'.

DUDLEY:
The music's so nice.

KITTY:
Know that I just may some day let loose and strike out.

DUDLEY:
Oh, no you don't. No, not a chance.
No arguments, clam up and dance.

<The two dance>

KITTY:
I'll never get away from you.
I could yell until I'm blue.
I'd give in somehow.
True, you could say, "Hey, here's your hat."
But a little thing like that
couldn't stop me now.

DUDLEY & KITTY:
I couldn't get away from you,
even if you told me to.

DUDLEY:
Well, go on and try.
Just try

KITTY:
Dudley

DUDLEY:
and you're gonna see

KITTY:
Dudley

DUDLEY:
how you're gonna not at all

DUDLEY & KITTY:
get away from me.

Another gift for :iconmetroxlr: following his T.U.F.F Puppy Fanfic "The Greatest Mission Ever"; Chapter One: New Assignment

This takes place following the events of Chapters 6 & 7, when T.U.F.F handed young Andy to some very dangerous people (unknowing of the fact at the time), but managed to rescue him, but not without casualties to the child that cause Kitty to fly off the handle and become ferocious, but thankfully Dudley snapped her out of it, and Andy recovered in hospital (also, not without a drawback) and Kitty adopted him, because she'd become fond of the little human, even with the little mishaps in Chapter 3 that made him run away from her.

Here, Dudley is trying to convince Kitty not to worry about her instincts, should she ever go that way again, he would never leave her side - even it meant them both getting kicked out of T.U.F.F...

This based on the song of the same name from Gypsy Rose starring Imelda Staunton and the 5th Doctor Who, Peter Davison; www.youtube.com/watch?v=HI68UV…;

BTW, can anybody guess the references Dudley made?

I'm not a fan of Kudley, but it's very nice. :)
